miSci is pleased to continue the Neil Golub miMembership program! Each student in the Schenectady City School District (SCSD) is invited to bring their family to visit miSci and experience the fun and educational exhibits the Museum has to offer.

miMembership Benefits:

  • Free Museum admission for two adults and four children. A Schenectady City School District student must be present when using the membership.
  • Planetarium tickets available at a reduced cost of $2 per person.

Who is receiving miMemberships?

miMemberships are issued to every student in the Schenectady City School District (SCSD).

How do I get my miMembership?

When you come for your first visit, check in at the front desk. Please provide Guest Services with your SCSD student’s 2024 Report Card or Student ID and they will issue your miMembership.

How do I use my miMembership?

You can use your miMembership by visiting miSci during our public hours. Please visit https://www.misci.org/visit/ for the most current hours.

How long is the miMembership good for?

miMemberships will start being usable on June 1, 2024 and will expire on September 2, 2024.

Can someone else use my miMembership?

miMemberships are connected to students in the Schenectady City School District and are not transferable. To use the benefits of a miMembership a SCSD student must be present.

Do SCSD teachers receive miMemberships?

miMemberships are issued to SCSD students and their families. However, teachers always receive free admission for themselves to the Museum with a school ID.
