miSci offers classes for members of the community to learn amazing skills, see fascinating science and history, and keep up a life-long love of learning!

Classes are open to the public, and pre-registration is required.

Yoga with da Vinci: Bodies in Motion – Click Here to Register

Move your body and inspire your mind in this all-levels yoga class. Practice amongst the extraordinary machines in Leonardo da Vinci: Machines in Motion, with 40 inventions brought to life from the mind of one of history’s greatest geniuses. This interactive environment will get your creative juices flowing as we explore, play, imagine, and dream.

All are welcome in this fun and relaxing class. Please bring a mat, water, and any accessories you would like to use.

Karen Radley, Yoga Teacher

Karen is a 200-hour registered yoga teacher (RYT-200) and has been teaching since 2015. She specializes in restorative yoga and yoga for bone health, having completed over 100 hours of additional training.
Karen brings to the mat years of mentoring, guiding, and helping people. She is devoted to fostering compassion, humility, empathy, and openness in her classes and private sessions. Let her guide you on your own personal journey in a safe and welcoming environment, one breath at a time.

 

miCosmic Quiet Meditation – Click Here to Register

Relax and refocus amongst the stars. In this group meditation session set to peaceful sounds in quiet dark of miSci’s Suites Bueche Planetarium, seek mindfulness and peace as the universe gently twinkles in the background.
The Planetarium has comfortable, reclining, theater seats. Participants may wish to bring their own mat or cushion if you prefer floor seating.
