☄️Did you hear? NASA spotted a comet from anot ☄️Did you hear? NASA spotted a comet from another star system, and it's heading towards our solar system! This is only the third time in history that this has occurred.

This interstellar object, named 31/ATLAS, has no risk of coming to Earth, but will hurtle through our solar system. This is a rare chance for scientists to study an object from another planetary system.

The comet should be visible with a telescope through September, and be spotted again around December to next year. Scientists are hoping to discover and study more alien objects with the new Vera C. Rubin Observatory in Chile. ☄️

🐉Did you know that there is a dragon in the sky year round? Summer is a great time to look for the constellation Draco—the dragon that Hercules tricked, in order to steal a golden apple in one of his trials!

Draco is made up of faint stars. Look for the North Star, but stop before you reach Polaris. Trace your way from the tip of the dragon’s tail along a ‘U-shape’ that hugs the Little Dipper, and then onwards to the four stars that mark Draco’s head. Next time the skies are clear, be sure to look for this hidden dragon!
