Relax and refocus amongst the stars. In this group meditation session set to peaceful sounds in quiet dark of miSci’s Suites Bueche Planetarium, seek mindfulness and peace as the universe gentle twinkles in the background.

The Planetarium has comfortable, reclinable theater seats. Participants may wish to bring their own mat or cushion if you prefer floor seating.
