Candy-makers deal in the fair share of chemistry! As sugar heats up, it goes through amazing transformations that dictate the texture and type of candy it will become. Learn about the science behind making some of our favorite candies along with our friends at Uncle Sam’s All American Chocolate Factory. We’ll have spun sugar (cotton candy) available onsite and candy apples from Uncle Sam’s available for purchase.
